CHINA & JAPAN: U.S. Commander Chides China Over 'Provocative Act'

The highest-ranking U.S. military commander in Japan expressed concern about Tokyo's dispute with Beijing, blaming China for "a provocative act" in comments going further than more even-handed statements from U.S. officials.
