CHINA: Depressing landmark reached, 100th Tibetan self-immolates

  An exiled Tibetan monk set himself on fire in a Kathmandu restaurant on Wednesday, becoming the 100th person to attempt to self-immolate in protest against Chinese rule over Tibet since 2009.
